How I Choose Hotels
After living in Gudauri with my own family for many years, I know that hotel choice can make or break a family holiday.
I select hotels based on:

  • comfort and room layout
  • location in relation to ski lifts
  • suitability for children
  • overall atmosphere
  • reliability during the winter season
I don’t list all hotels in the resort - only the ones I would confidently recommend to families and organised groups.
Ski-in / Ski-out Hotels
These hotels offer direct or very close access to the slopes and lifts - ideal for families who value convenience.

  • Atrium Residence 4★ - New Gudauri
    Advantages
    • True ski-in / ski-out apartments located directly on the slope.
    • Newly built complex with modern interiors.
    • On-site restaurant and spa with pool.
    • Available with or without breakfast.
    Disadvantages
    • Located slightly above the main New Gudauri area.
    • Shops and stores are a 5–7 minute walk away.
    • Spa/pool not included in the price.
Get Ski-in/Ski-out Options
Hotels with Shuttle to the Slopes
Great comfort and value. 5-10 minutes walk / drive to the nearest ski lifts.

These hotels are not located in the central New Gudauri area, but offer quiet surroundings and excellent comfort.
